If your item is not to your liking, you may request a full refund as long as the product is returned in its original condition. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us and return the item. A replacement piece will be created and shipped at no additional cost. Because all works are handmade, the replacement may not be an exact replica, but we will recreate the piece as closely as possible while maintaining the original design integrity.

For custom-made items, we will remake the original design (or as close as possible) based on the initial order specifications. Please note that slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each piece.

At this time, returns and replacements apply primarily to textile and crocheted works. Photography prints and original artwork are final sale due to their limited-edition and collectible nature.

In addition, Angels Items offers a one-year craftsmanship guarantee on crocheted textiles. If your crochet item begins to unravel, weaken, or show structural damage within the first year of purchase, you may return it for complimentary repair. If the damage is beyond repair, the piece will be replaced with a newly handcrafted item of similar design and quality. As with all handmade works, exact duplication cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to honor the original piece.
